What is your shipping policy for fragile glass jars and liquids?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced protective packaging designed specifically for glass and liquid containers to prevent breakage during transit. If an item arrives damaged, we offer a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Umami Shop ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international shipping to Europe and Asia in the near future.
Are your products suitable for specific dietary restrictions?

What is your return policy for food products?
